Accepted Payments

We accept payments by credit card or debit card using VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. You may also use your existing PayPal balance to make payment. A check or money order is also accepted (please include your email address and the guitar you wish to purchase in the envelope). You can also apply for Affirm Monthly Payments or pay using Crypto currency. Please contact us if you have any questions about our payment terms and special arrangements.

Payment Processing

Purchases made via the website are processed through one of the following: PayPal, Affirm Pay, or Crypto.com, depending on the method of payment you select during checkout. Credit cards are processed through PayPal, however, a PayPal account is not required when paying with a credit card.

Cancellation and Return Policy

Purchase a PHRED guitar with peace of mind. We will make every effort to ensure that you are happy with your PHRED guitar when it arrives. However, because our products are customized with parts that are ordered as needed and a guitar is reserved for your order, or placed into a production run, all sales and pre-orders are final. 

You are paying PHRED instruments to have a guitar manufactured on your behalf, and for PHRED instruments to purchase additional upgrade options that you may have selected for us to install here in our Southern California workshop.  We are not manufacturing mass-produced items, such as a spatula, that you might purchase on Amazon.com.  PHRED instruments guitars and basses are custom built to order for our customers.

Our warranty outlines situations where we will honor an exchange. 

In the event that you placed your ordered by mistake, you have up to 3 days from the date you place your order to request a refund, minus the credit card processing fee that is charged to us, which is NOT reimbursed to us when issuing a refund to you.
