We use 0.04" thick brass and buff to a shine. Brass parts may or may not fit perfectly on your guitar and may require some fitting modifications for your guitar. See product details for dimensions. Please allow 2-3 days before parts ship. Each part includes brass Phillips head screws to secure the brass part to the guitar body. Brass prices are for parts only, and do not include installation. From Jeri Designs website: For our Jerry Garcia replica guitar strap we start with a super thick piece of heavy duty leather. Jerry had two versions of this strap, and the leather and style we use is like the first of this version strap that he started wearing in 1973. The strap is cut to 2.75" wide, with a thinner strap in the front for adjustment. We've attached the buckle with a strip of leather and Chicago Screws for a secure hold and, and oxidized the buckle so it looks like Jerry's did.
Our Dual Output Jack Plate with Mini Toggle cutout is designed and made in the USA from 1.0mm thick brass. The shape of our Dual Output Jack with Mini Toggle is the same as a standard Strat output jack plate. The holes for the screws are spaced slightly wider apart. Includes two brass screws. Output jacks and mini toggle not included. Designed for adding OBEL to your Strat or Silver Sky, or for dual output with mini toggle switching.
Our retrofit Wolf style tailpiece for older model Wolph guitars that have a stop tailpiece. This part can also be utilized to replace the stop tailpiece on other electric guitars, such as a Gibson SG. The part is made of Stainless Steel 316, but could also be made from brass upon request. Included in your purchase is the tailpiece and 5 screws. The tailpiece consists of 2 parts, as shown. A bottom part and a top part. Various tools are going to be required for installation, and the tailpiece bushings inside the guitar may need to be removed to install this part. Benefits of this tailpiece include a cosmetic upgrade/new look for your guitar, and top mounting string installations. It has yet to be determined if there is an improvement in tone, but it could be assumed that there will be with more surface area between the tailpiece and the guitar for vibrational transfers between the guitar body and tailpiece.
